Fractional advisory
A retained, fixed number of days per month with a named senior person. Senior architecture judgment on a standing commitment: diagnosis and direction, with remediation scoped on its own so you decide what is worth spending on.
ON AI
We use AI to accelerate our own work. It is an augment, not a dependency: the work gets done either way.
Whether and how it touches your data is your decision, made against your policies before anything starts.

A practice built through referrals
Organizations get senior technology capability without hiring for it: strategy, architecture and the implementation, held by one senior person on retainer.
enfusion-group is a Toronto-area practice built over twenty-five years, almost entirely by referral, which is why you may not have heard of us. Adrian founded it on a habit he has never shaken: break things down, understand the parts, make them work together properly.
The practice is deliberately small: Adrian, plus senior specialists brought in by name when a piece of work calls for them. You are never handed to someone you have not met. The work spans mining, government, insurance and manufacturing.
